WOLVES OF GLENDALE
In the realm of music, where solemnity often reigns, there emerges a trio of comedic virtuosos who dare to tread a different path. Wolves of Glendale, a band born from the minds and talents of Ethan Edenburg (vocals/guitar), Eric Jackowitz (vocals/drums) and Tom McGovern (vocals/keyboards), have swiftly carved out their own niche in the music world. Armed with a keen eye for life’s absurdities and a penchant for musical parody and hard rocking, Wolves of Glendale have taken the comedy scene by storm, amassing a devoted fanbase and a substantial social media following in just a year of its creation.
Their rise to prominence has been nothing short of meteoric. With performances at prestigious events like the Netflix Is a Joke Festival and opening for iconic acts such as Tenacious D, David Cross, Reggie Watts and Jukebox the Ghost, Wolves have proven that humor and music can harmoniously coexist on stage.
What sets Wolves of Glendale apart is their ability to infuse humor into their music without compromising on musicality. Their lyrics, characterized by silliness and occasional absurdity, blend seamlessly with their professional rock sound, offering an experience that is both musically satisfying and genuinely funny. Their style, marked by catchy melodies and comedic, lighthearted lyrics, provides a refreshing contrast to the seriousness of conventional music.
In their short but vibrant career, Wolves of Glendale have already delivered two digital singles to their eager audience. “Olivia,” their debut single from 2022, was a hit, and their follow-up, “Vapin’ in Vegas,” released earlier this year, continued to tickle the proverbial funny bone while keeping heads banging. Their live performances are equally enthralling, with a repertoire that includes hits like “Loud Ass Car” and “Everyone’s an Expert.” Their sets are often enriched with clever parodies of popular songs, adding an extra layer of comedy to their live shows.
Wolves of Glendale have masterfully leveraged social media to grow their fanbase, boasting over 50,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, where their main singles, “Olivia” and “Vapin’ in Vegas” have garnered impressive streaming numbers.
Wolves of Glendale are now gearing up for a major milestone, as they prepare to release their self-titled debut album on January 26, 2024. Produced by John Spiker (known for his work with Tenacious D) and Rian Lewis (notable for collaborations with Doja Cat and Ty Dolla $ign), this album promises to be a riotous celebration of their unique brand of comedy-infused music.
Individually, each member of the band is a multi-talented force. Ethan Edenburg not only performs music but also writes and acts, contributing to commercials, TV and award-winning short films. Eric Jackowitz, besides being a gifted drummer, is a seasoned comedian who has shared stages with artists worldwide. Tom McGovern, a songwriter and actor, has performed original comedy music on American Idol, The Tonight Show, and has amassed over 700k followers on social media.

Telula’s combination of technical proficiency and artistic expression creates a sound that is both inspiring and energizing.Telula was formed when Lucas Aney and Thomas Jensen met in their first days of college in 2021 and found common ground in their passion for funk music. Over the following year, they built the band and spent countless hours learning how to professionally record, produce, and release music – all out of their dorm. Their dedication and hard work paid off in the creation of a nine-song album, each track showcasing their unique sound and individual proficiency on bass and guitar.Telula released their first album at the early age of 19 and a five-song EP one year later in 2023. Headline and support shows followed late in the year, and in 2024 the band will be featured at major festivals in New York, Texas and Idaho and regional venues around the Northeast US. Joining Thomas and Lucas to bring the sound to life on stage are Tais Torres on vocals, Lars Asmundsson on drums, Conor Smith on sax and Pete Rosales on keys.
